Padel is a doubles game on an enclosed 20×10 m court with glass walls and mesh fencing. The ball can be played off the walls as in squash, the racket is solid and stringless, and the serve is underarm after a bounce. The court is smaller than a tennis court, rallies last longer and the game is much quicker to learn.

No. There are separate beginner tournaments: we go through the rules before the start, pairs are formed on site and a racket can be borrowed. Being able to rally over the net is enough.

A usual tournament runs 2–4 hours. In Americano and Mexicano a round is played to a fixed number of points (most often 24) instead of sets, so the schedule is predictable. The winner is the player with the highest total across rounds.

Indoor shoes with non-marking soles, sports clothing, water and a towel. Rackets and balls are provided at beginner tournaments; at other tournaments players use their own rackets and we always provide the balls.

Everyone plays for themselves, but the partner changes every round according to the schedule. A round is played to a fixed number of points and both players of a pair receive the points their pair scored. The highest total across rounds wins. Full rules are on the Rules page.

Pairs are formed from the current standings instead of a fixed schedule: after every round players 1 and 4 play against 2 and 3, and so on in groups of four. You almost always play against people at your level and the scores stay close.

In a round robin the pairs play each other in turn and points go to a shared table. A knockout is a classic bracket: the losing pair is out, and we usually add a losers' bracket so everyone plays at least two matches.

Yes, but in Americano and Mexicano the pairs change every round — that is the point of the format. If you want to play as a fixed pair, choose a knockout or round robin tournament.

Open Tournaments, pick a day and a tournament, press Register and choose how you will pay the fee: on site or through the organizer's link. A store account is required.

In your account, under My tournaments, use Withdraw. You can do it up to 24 hours before the start (some tournaments use another window). After that only the organizer can free the place and the fee is not refunded.

When the line-up is full you can join the reserve — the tournament page shows how many reserve places are left. If someone in the line-up withdraws, the first reserve moves into the tournament automatically and gets an email right away. Your place in the queue is shown on the tournament page and under «My tournaments».

Beginner — less than a season of play. Intermediate — you keep a rally going and use the walls. Advanced — you play regularly and compete. When in doubt pick the lower one; the organizer will help you move.

Yes, spectators are always welcome and entry is free. Let us know in advance if you are coming as a group so we can prepare seats.

A round shape with a soft core: the largest sweet spot and less load on the arm. Weight up to 360 g. Teardrop and diamond rackets give more power but ask for technique.

Indoor play needs a non-marking sole; padel or tennis shoes with a herringbone pattern are best. Running shoes do not hold lateral movement and lead to injuries faster.

The overgrip — when the handle starts to slip, usually every 5–10 sessions. Indoor balls lose pressure faster than outdoor ones: at tournaments we open new ones.

We email you straight away that the order and the payment have arrived, and the order goes into processing. During processing we check product availability and the order details.

No. The first email confirms that we received your order and payment. It is not the final confirmation of the order: once the check is done we send a separate confirmation email.

Usually 1-3 working days after the payment arrives. During that time we check the order details and product availability and prepare the order for fulfilment. After processing you get the confirmation notice and delivery information.

Once we have checked availability and that the product can be supplied, and have sent you a separate confirmation email. The order status is also shown in your account.

After processing and confirmation the order goes to picking and shipping. Delivery time is counted separately from processing and depends on the delivery method you chose - it is shown at checkout.

If after payment it turns out the product cannot be supplied, we will tell you and cancel the order. The amount you paid is refunded in full.

We make every reasonable effort to keep prices and product details correct. If an obvious technical, typographic or other factual error is found, we review the order in line with the law and tell you what happens next. If the order cannot be fulfilled, the money is refunded in full.

The refund goes back through the same payment method you used, for the full amount paid.

Yes. As a consumer you may withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days of receiving the goods. The deadlines, the procedure and the exceptions are described on the Returns page.

No, you can check out as a guest. With an account you can follow your orders, save addresses and keep a wishlist.

Fifteen minutes without activity. If you do nothing on the site for a quarter of an hour, the cart is released so the stock is not reserved for someone who has already left. The countdown is shown in the cart and any action extends it.

Enter it in the order summary at checkout. One code can be used per order. Promo codes do not apply to sale items: discounts do not stack.

It depends on the method, and it’s free above a certain order total. Current prices are on the Delivery page and at checkout.

Not yet. Delivery to Latvia, Lithuania and Finland is paused: each country has its own tariffs, its own parcel lockers and its own returns, and we would rather set that up properly than promise a date we cannot keep. Estonia works as usual.

Round gives the most control, teardrop balances control and power, and diamond moves the sweet spot higher for maximum power but needs good technique.
