Prices are in euros and include VAT. Delivery costs are shown before you confirm the order.

Payments are processed by Montonio — by bank link or card. The seller never receives or stores your card details.

The contract is concluded when you place the order and the payment is confirmed. We send an order confirmation to the email address you provided.

If a product turns out to be unavailable after payment, we’ll let you know and refund the amount within 14 days.

Delivery methods, prices and times are described on the Delivery page. The risk passes to you when you or a person you named receives the goods.

Consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal. The procedure is described on the Returns page.

Consumers may submit claims about goods that don’t conform to the contract within two years of delivery.

One promo code can be used per order. Codes can’t be exchanged for cash. If an order is cancelled, the code can be used again where its conditions allow.

Discounts do not stack: a promo code applies only to items at the regular price, while sale items keep their sale price.

We aim to resolve any disagreement through negotiation. If we can’t reach an agreement, you can turn to the Consumer Disputes Committee of the Consumer Protection and Technical Regulatory Authority (ttja.ee).

We may update these terms. The version in force when you placed your order applies to it.
