About Paddle Plus
It started with a game.
How it started
We didn't come to padel as professionals. We came to it as players.
I discovered padel fairly late. And honestly, I can't call myself a professional player. I haven't been through years of training, I hold no titles, and I don't claim to be an expert on court.
I'm an ordinary player.
But that is exactly why I understand so well how strongly padel can take hold of a person.
Step onto the court once, feel the pace of the game, the first exchange, the thrill of a rally, the ball coming off the glass — and suddenly you know you want more.
I genuinely liked this game. I get enormous pleasure from the process itself, whatever the scoreboard says.
And little by little padel became something more for me than just another way to spend free time.
I try to play regularly, to enter tournaments, to meet other players and to keep learning something new. What I like most is the tournament format — the atmosphere of competition, new people, different playing styles, the emotions, and that feeling when after a few hours on court you realise you want to play one more match.
Why padel caught me
But one thought wouldn't leave me alone.
I thought:
Why did I only find out about this game now?
Padel turned out to be so interesting and absorbing that it felt a little sad I hadn't discovered it earlier.
And that is where the idea of Paddle Plus came from.
I wanted to build a small community of people who are interested in padel too. Not a closed club for strong players only, and not a place where you have to match some particular level.
Quite the opposite.
We want more people to come to padel.
So that someone who has never held a racket can give it a try.
So that a beginner doesn't feel like an outsider.
So that a player who can already play a little can find opponents, enter a tournament, meet other players and keep developing.
And so that people have more chances not just to play matches, but to get into the culture of padel itself.

More than a shop
Paddle Plus is more than a shop.
That is exactly why this site exists.
The shop is only one part of it.
We didn't create Paddle Plus purely to sell sports equipment. We're interested in developing the idea of padel itself: collecting information, sharing our own experience, looking for interesting game formats, running tournaments and building a space where people want to stay.
We want to gather in one place everything we would have liked to have ourselves when we were only getting to know padel.

And gradually turn all of it into a small but living community of like-minded people.
A small independent project
We don't promise to be the best. We want to be real.
Paddle Plus is not being built by a professional sports federation or a large corporation.
It is a small private project that grew above all out of a personal interest in the game.
We're interested in growing along with this project ourselves — trying new ideas, testing different formats and seeing what players actually find interesting.
We want to run tournaments — above all for beginners and for players who have moved on a little but are still in the middle of their development.
More people on the courts
We want more people on the courts.
